In celebration of the recently completed Volunteer Room in the memory of Dorothy
Campbell Davis at the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts, Catherine Christiano
has made available limited edition reproductions of the drawings commissioned
for this new space. $25 from the sale of each reproduction is being
donated to Funding Future Artists, the Alumni Scholarship Fund "The Sill House, 1817, Lyme Academy of Fine Arts" "Academic Center, 2003, Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts" These reproductions are being sold directly through the artist's studio. After selling out the first printing within a few months, The Old Lyme Historical Society has released the second printing of Poverty Island, written by Neri A. Clark and illustrated by Catherine Christiano. Poverty Island is the memoir of a young man’s adventures and hard times on an island in Old Lyme, Connecticut, during the Great Depression of the 1930s.
In conjunction with the
release of this publication, Catherine Christiano is pleased to offer for sale
limited edition, signed and numbered giclee reproductions of her Poverty
